Justin Eakin started his career in Health Care 10 years ago and was the Founder and CEO of Coastline Behavioral Health, a JCOH-accredited organization. He grew that company to include a fleet transportation team, a staff of over 35, and 8 residential and commercial assets. As President of Coast Group, he brings a wealth of knowledge and understands the road to success is only achieved through exceptional communication and customer service. Graduating with a Degree in Economics from SDSU he brings a combination of education and hands-on experience to Jcap Development. Justin also provides an element of professionalism and a strong ethical code to this industry. He believes strong partnerships are the key to accelerated growth and prides himself on effective client relationships.

Connor Cruse is a real estate professional located in Newport Beach, CA. Prior to starting his career, Connor attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas studying economics and communications. His last venture was working in commercial estate as a top-producing broker representing buyers through various lease and purchase transactions. Connor has always had a focus on entrepreneurial endeavors. Connor's goal is to put his clients first and to ensure they are making the best decision when it comes to their real estate needs "I will always have my client's best interest in mind and will go above and beyond for every client.
